Interview
There are total two rounds of interview. First will be a tech interview asking you to use AutoCAD to draw both 3D and 2D drawing. Need to pay attention to a lot of details. If you pass the test, there will be last interview talking about your personality.

Personal sharing of background, and development. From you and from them. Very earnest and upfront. Gave a show of the whole facility and it was over a total of three meetings.

They really had me running in circles at this place. I went into the office three different times. They interviewed me for the office admin job, had me talk to the boss Mike, then had me talk to someone in accounting for an accounting job? Really disorganized, my email went a week without response. Whenever they told me I would receive a call from them, I didn’t and had to call in myself. They had me thinking I got the job (i.e. can you come in Wednesday morning?) and ended up telling me to “keep in touch” with them. This happened over the course of over a month. They seriously wasted my time. So unprofessional.
