A month after I applied for the position a recruiter emailed me about 6 questions to answer, it was pretty much an email interview. After 2 months a different recruiter emailed me inviting me for a phone interview. The phone interview went well, very standard questions. I was told the next step in the process is the hiring committee reviewing all the notes from the phone interviews and deciding who they wanted to invite for face to face interviews. I was told I would be contacted within the next two weeks. It has been a month and I still have not heard anything yet.
