The website Georgia Northwestern uses to place job openings can only be utilized through Internet Explorer. Once you create an account and send in the appropriate materials, the college will get back to you within a few weeks. When/If they call, they will give you a time and a place for your interview. Be prepared to give a short lesson on the subject you are being hired for. The group interviewing will contain at least two instructors on the subject, the head of human resources and possibly another person. They will ask you about their mission statement, your experience, whether you have tutored one-on-one only or taught a class of thirty students, what your greatest weakness/strength is, and so on. Once those questions are done, they will ask you to present your lecture or lesson. It would be wise to bring a handout so they can follow along. Once that is complete, they may politely ask when you can start. That will conclude your interview most likely. Now wait to see if they call you back saying you are hired or for another interview.
