It was a two-part internship with two different employees. It was also very structured with STAR-based questions. I learned a lot about the company. The interview was not too long and not to nerve-racking either

What was one time you struggled in life and how did you overcome that obstacle?
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
