Interview
Very casual interview process, standard phone interview than in-person interview. However they do not inform you that it is 100% commission on the first phone interview. After the phone interview you meet with the recruiter and then if you continue through that interview you meet with a financial advising agent.

They asked wether or not you would feel comfortable cold calling or asking family members to join your financial advising plan.

Very casual, over the phone, expect to cold call even if they say you won't. Almost zero technical questions and seemed rather rushed. Probably wouldn't advise unless you have no other options.

First was a phone call interview. Then in person with the cheif recruiter. They had me come in for a third interview to meet two more representiatives and gave me assignements to start building my clients

The initial interview was fine. If you wish to proceed they'll give you an assignment that will take some time to prepare. If they offer you a position you'll find its mostly all networking through your personal connections for sales. Not ideal.
