I had an initial interview with a Recruiter which went very well, he answered all the questions and moved me to the next step immediately. The second interview was with the Hiring Manager who didn't ask many questions but said they were very interested and will be moving on with the offer after I talk to another team member. The third and final interview did well as I thought too overall although the recruiter sounded a little sceptic with some irony in the tone. They told me I'll hear back in a day. I kept reaching out to the Hiring Manager and Recruiter I talked last to with no luck for several weeks. Finally the Recruiter got back to me in two weeks with a standard response that they won't be moving further. This was the worst candidate experience I've had as a candidate myself.
