Interview
First round interview was focused on behavioral questions as well as background and what I could bring to the company. It was about 30 minutes long. The interviewer was very friendly and engaged in the conversation. The second round was more like them explaining to me what the role would be like and going over what I would need to have ready for the third interview which was a five minute presentation on why I deserved the position.

I was not expecting to give a presentation in an interview.
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
