Met employee at college job fair, and completed a short application and resume. Was called in for an interview approx. 2 weeks later, and after a short interview was made an offer on the spot.

The factory operates 7 days per week during the season, and your shift may begin as early as noon and end as late as 4 AM. Are you prepared for that type of time commitment, and can you handle a 100 hour work week?
