Received an email that they want to interview me, planned out a day with them. Met in office. Spoke and I got a tour around the place, met Doctors, nurses and got the chance to ask medical assistants questions.

Fun. They didn’t ask me a lot of questions. Just a normal conversation. Asking about where I work before and my experience of the field. Also asking about my certifications, which school I went.

Interview process was quick and easy! Started off with a phone screen with a Northwell recruiter, followed by an in person interview. HR was easy to reach and communicated effectively throughout the entire pre-hire process.
