Automated online video internship and then no follow up after. Had multiple chances to rerecord interview if necessary though. Honestly would have strongly preferred to have spoken with someone over the phone because it's hard to not sound robotic via a one way video.

Interview
Very straight forward process, simple behavioral questions and discussion about the position. Interviewer was very nice and receptive to questions. Interview length was relatively short. Heard back less than a week later with an offer.
