Applied for Northwell Health 1st week of April.
First time the HR called back for phone interview at 2nd week of April and HR never got back to me ever again for that job position.
Last week of April, a different HR called again for a RN position. Completed phone interview and then HR told me that they would send my resume to the managers. First week of May, HR got back to me and scheduled an interview with assistant manager. Got the results back in the next 2-3 days and accepted the job offer.
Be patient, keep applying even if you just get a phone interview and keep your options open.

Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.

They ask a lot of questions about the type of person you are and what you’d do given a certain situation. They want to know how you will grow yourself within the company and reach for higher levels.
