Northwell Health Academic Associate Program interview questions

Written application including resume, cover letter, a few short essay questions. Heard back about an interview within about a week. In-person interview wit current Academic Associates was required (requesting a skype interview was discouraged). After in-person interview, if you move onto the next stage, there is a phone/video interview with the medical director, then an offer can be made.
