I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northvolt (Skellefteå) in Dec 2023
Interview
The people I interviewed with were generally very positive. It wasn't a very difficult interview; they asked both technical and general interview questions. I had two interviews but didn't receive an offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They wanted to get detailed technical information about the projects I had done. They asked about OPC UA.
The interview process consisted of four main stages. It started with an initial conversation with HR, followed by a logic and personality assessment. After passing the test, I had a technical interview with the area manager, then a more in-depth discussion with the senior manager. The final stage was a meeting with HR again to go over the contract details.
Overall, the process was structured, clear, and moved at a reasonable pace. Each step had a clear purpose, and I appreciated the logical progression from initial screening to detailed discussions about the role and responsibilities.
