Northumbria Police interview questions

Before the interview they emailed me the questions that they were going to ask to reduce nervousness. You are asked to come to the police station, and they ask you a few questions. Overall the whole interview was done in an hour.

The interview process was 3 fold. first I was required to write a 10 minute presentation on integrity using past experience and my understanding of the code of ethics to which an inspector and a sergeant asked follow up questions. They were very kind and friendly. Second came an assessment day that had me and a group of 30 do various tasks and exams, numeracy, literacy and role plays. This was a taxing day but with practice its easily passed. Just after the assessment day was a second interview which for me was very informal and was more of a chat.
