I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northstar Oilfield Services (Edmonton, AB) in Feb 2017
Interview
Was intervewed by one of the engineers on the design team. Mostly asked me about my design experience and what kind of experience I had in creating technical documents analyzing a part or design. Did not ask any real behavioral or HR questions. Described to me the kinds of things/tasks I might be doing when asked.
