Interview
Very casual first interview with the HR Manager. Second interview was a panel interview with the HR team, the COO, and the General Manager. Final interview was a lunch interview with the HR team, the General Manager, and the Production Managers.

They explained that my office is right next to the breakroom and that I would likely have employees stopping by regularly to chat. The question they asked was would I keep my office door open or closed.
