Google how to prepare for a Northrop Grumman interview and there was a slide deck that was very helpful. Had some tips and sample questions. The interview was one on one. Only did one phone interview and one in person before receiving an offer

Brief/simple. One on one meeting with the Procurement manager. Went over the job description then went over my qualifications (experience). I did not have experience in Procurement, however my accounting and logistics experience helped a lot.
