Interview
I was emailed for an interview a few months after I had submitted an application online. I interviewed with the manager I would be working for and another high level employee. Both were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They didn't ask too many technical questions, just asked what platforms I was comfortable with. They do a lot of research on the interviewee before they schedule an interview, so in my case it was more of a personality interview. Loved working with the company ever since.

Interview
Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
Formal, not too stressful. Ensures you understand the basics and thay you know what you're talking about as you may be getting interviewed by somebody that's technical at some point.
The interview process was fairly straightforward; I have applied in March 2026 and got an interview in April 2026. It was a video interview on Teams with two other team members, just under an hour.
