Interview
Low key interviews, the approach is not to grill you about technical competence but rather make sure you are a good fit for the company: whether you are driven, team player, mission oriented, etc. Expect to not be told much about the specifics of the work you would do, given the nature of the work. Every group is different, so I'd recommend asking plenty of questions about the team size, project diversity and anything else they can tell you about the department you would be joining.

Almost entirely focused on questions related to my past experiences; how I solved difficult problems and worked with others. Know your resume and expect to speak to it clearly.
Had 1 HR screening phone call, then 1 hour interview with the 3 hiring managers. They asked both behavioral and technical questions. Then was offered a full time position and negotiated salary afterwards.
