It was a zoom meeting with both the direct team lead and manager. There was an initial screening call and then the actual interview. They told me I would hear back in a couple weeks and then got the rejection email 2 days after.

Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
