Interview uses the star method of interviewing. They were very knowledgeable about the position and expectations. They are interested in you as a person and your achievements while also making sure your goals fit their mission.

Describe a time when you had to make an last minute adaption to a project that was on a strict completion schedule
The interview process was a phone call interview with the manager. Asked a couple of behavioral questions and talked a lot about the role, more like an informational phone call.
