Heard back about two months from the time I submitted the application. The recruiter was responsive until I was handed over to the hiring manager. I did not get any update on whether I made it to next steps in the interview process

Individuals will make contact with you, ask you a question, then proceed to ignore you. I was told that I would have an interview sometime during the week. I heard nothing from anyone until a secretary reached out to me right before you walked out the door for the weekend.
