I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Redondo Beach, CA) in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview was conducted over one phone call, where I discussed my past experience and qualifications for the position. We talked about the general responsibilities required for the position, and I also chatted with some managers who I was potentially working with. I received an offer the next day.

Question 1
Describe the specific tools and skills you used in this design-based project.
The overall process was very easy. It consisted of half a behavioral interview, half a resume review, and short technical questions about my projects. There were no cold technicals. Overall, the process was simple, and more preparation is required for the behavioral side than for any technical side.
