I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Melbourne, FL) in Oct 2019
Interview
Very brief on campus interview. Asked mostly personal questions and then questions regarding my experience/jobs on my resume. Did not ask STAR questions but told everyone interviewing that they were going to ask STAR questions. I guess they wanted to throw everyone off? I was interviewed by 2 hiring managers neither of which specialized in the position I was seeking.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (El Segundo, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Interview (virtual) was the standard STAR format with little to no technical questions. Mostly just behavioral questions and questions regarding previous technical and leadership experiences. Overall a good experience since the interviewers were respectful, professional, and prompt.
