After completing the online application process or fax in app and resume, a recruiter will email/call for a base interview. Once the base interview is complete a hiring packet will be FedEx mailed to you (overnight in some cases) that includes an advanced application, employment paperwork, background check paperwork, and a form to take to a designated drug screening facility. An applicant has three days to complete the packet and mail it back in the included envelope. The waiting process takes 5 days to 2 weeks to complete (call once a week to check in), if all checks out the next step is a hiring board interview on site.
