I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2013
Interview
Heading into the interview I thought it would be one on one, however, the interview was with three managers followed by a same day interview with the recruiter. The managers were all very friendly and each asked several questions. They attempted to misdirect me by stating the job was with one manager when it was really under another, I guess to see if I treated that manager any differently from the others. Overall it was a pretty easy process. I declined the interview because I got a better offer elsewhere.

Question 1
A lot of work as a proposal analyst involves team work and people in other departments. How would you handle a situation where someone from another department hadn't given you necessary information to complete a project and the deadline was that afternoon?
Short and concise
Lasted a total of two weeks, reached out very quick after the initial application. Interview was scheduled and completed two weeks after the application. Let me knew how the interview went within 3 days.

I am describing the interview process. After submitting an application, I was followed up with to schedule a phone interview. Had the interview and it went well. I had the second interview a week later. Waiting on a response now.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
Received a phone call from initial recruiter, followed by emails from secondary recruiter. Then had a phone interview due to me being located out of state. Received a call from initial recruiter two days later stating there was some slight over sight to my application and she thought I had already received certain mandatory qualifications instead of currently working towards them. Either way, there were too many people with their hands "in the cookie jar" so communication was definitely an over sight. Wasted an entire afternoon prepping and interviewing for a position I would've never have been considered for in the first place.
