Comprehensive 3 stage process starting with an informal 30 minute telephone interview following completion of a Topgrading questionnaire. A 2 hour face to face interview, made up of 2 one hour interviews with a manager and a potential colleague. Ending with a full tour of the office and facilities.

Interview
Friendly team and an in-depth interview but not intimidating. Remote interview element with the USA was a little tricky due to technical issues. Tour of the building was really interesting.
