Had a phone screen with NLT talking about a network engineer job. Got questioned about my experience with wifi, open source software, asterisk, as well as some general questions about my software development/admin experience. The interview was with a manager, and two engineers. It followed a mix of technical and personality based questions. They did not seem terribly well prepared, and it did not appear that they had other candidates they were interviewing for the role.
