Northeastern University Web Manager interview questions

I applied online and received an email from the hiring manager who wanted to set up a phone interview. At the end of our phone interview she invited me in for an in person interview. The in person interview lasted about 2-3 hours and involved several different people. I did not get an offer but did not receive any sort of notification after the interview- just heard nothing. I would have appreciated them letting me know that they went with another candidate.
