Online interview and went smoothly. 3-4 rounds of interview first with talent acquisition followed by the team interviews. Structured process first 2 rounds being Technical and post that behavioral. Last round is with the department head and the hiring manager on the panel
Recruiter screen and Hiring Manager screen and ghosted after that and never heard back on any feedback or next steps. Standard questions with regards to what my experience was and why I applied for this role etc
