Northamber interview questions

Initial chat with two managers. Everything went fine. Friendly, explained the business and the market. Then they went on to talk about the type of person that they were looking for and the qualities that they should have. Then we talked about the challenges that the business faced and where there might be potential room for growth.

Northamber representatives used a secondary company to screen for potential candidates. The interview process did not highlight individual skills or screen for potential suitability for the job adequately. The role was only fully disclosed in the introduction.
