The interview is not difficult and it includes questions by several managers. The interesting part is that they claim you will be getting $39,000 annually, which is low, but then offer an hourly rate which will not accumulate to $39,000 per year.

Applied online and had a pretty standard phone interview with an HR person. Second interview was with 2 managers from the fund accounting area. Heard back within a few days with an offer.
