I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NorthPoint Development (Kansas City, MO)
Interview
My initial phone call with the recruiter went well, and I was asked to complete a personality assessment and take the Wonderlic test. After completing the personality assessment, creating a presentation for my results, and finishing the Wonderlic test (which includes 50 questions in 12 minutes, 100 questions regarding what jobs you'd prefer doing, and 150 agree/disagree questions), I received a rejection email. The email did not tell me why I wasn't moving forward in the process, so I'm assuming I tested poorly or my personality isn't what they wanted for the team. It would be nice to receive some feedback as to why I wasn't chosen after all of the tests. The amount of hurdles you have to jump is a bit of a red flag.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback! We do have several steps to our process to make sure we are identifying the top talent for each role. Our culture is very important to us and we find this integral in maintaining what is great about NorthPoint. If we have specific feedback, we try to provide that, but usually what it comes down to is prioritizing the best fit for each role. Best of luck with your search.

Really personable and professional. It felt relaxed and I could be myself. I didn't get the position however I am new to administration do did lack the level of experience that they required but they did give me the opportunity to showcase my work. I enjoyed the interview.
