Interview
First, you meet with someone at HR. They ask you about your experience in this field. Try to stick to positions that deal with social services. If you have no social services experiences, use examples in your life.
If you pass the first interview, Then you will interview with the supervisor at the house you may work at. This interview is more detailed. Sort of similar to the first one, but this will be more detailed. He/She will ask about education. Will ask about experience. Will ask behavioral questions, "what if this happened..how will you handle" just to get a feel for you.

applied online. there was a phone screen, first and second round of interviews. questions weren't too difficult or confusing. process, for me, went smoothly and everything was straight-forward. program was needing people asap.
