The interview was very thorough and focused on my ability to perform financial aid processes and my past experience with difficult situations. As a financial aid professional, we are faced with many difficult situations and decisions so this was very easy to describe. At first I was confused why there was a panel of interviewers for a financial aid position, but they made it clear it was a diversity committee which I appreciated.
