Everyone was friendly and they let you take time to think without you feeling rushed or awkward. The questions were clear and direct. They gave you options for in-person or virtual. I went with in-person and it was overall a good experience.

Fairly simple. Easy going group style interview. Very high turnover rate for therapists so you have a high likelihood of getting hired. Asked standard interview questions such as “describe a case you feel like you failed” and “what populations are you interested in working with” as well as some fun - getting to know you - questions.
