North Island Credit Union interview questions

they had me meet with 2 managers then meet with the markets manager. The second interview was unnessary really. They should of done 1 interview with all three of them in there.

Applied online and after taking a psychometric test I received an email asking me to schedule a phone interview. Unfortunately it seems like they were having HR staffing issues so I didn’t get a call at the previously agreed to time. However I called the HR rep and she profusely apologized for not having reached out. I then went to an in-person interview at the branch which resulted in an offer within that same week.
