There were several people interviewing the day I went. It was pretty straightforward. A few questions about dealing with difficult supervisors/co-workers and my availability and willingness to work overtime. Got a call back the next day and offered a full-time position pending background and drug test results.

I was hired through a temp agency. I applied with them for this company. They took my application and drug tested me. Then I interviewed at NAL. It was very basic.
