North American Electric Reliability Corp. interview questions

1. Interview with hiring manager and their supervisor. Very casual and comfortable, mostly about getting to know candidate's experience and aspirations. 2. Interview with the above + some team members. Directly asked about Salesforce and Elasticsearch experience by one of the team members and lack of these seemed to be a disqualifying factor; if this is the case it should have been established in the previous interview.
