Applied online, resume got picked up for a different team to the one I applied for. Fairly easy, motivational and competency questions. Lovely interviewers, I actually enjoyed meeting everyone and the experience to interview! Results given within the week

Interview
The interview went pretty well. Got declined because I emphasized my personal interest in diversity and sustainability, which according to them did not fit the internship. However their strategy includes those aspects. Asked what HR specifically does to include diversity, and they couldn't exactly answer that. Prior to this interview, I went to an HR event where the main topic was diversity and how important diversity is in HR.
