Then a bunch of lies and smoke blowing by my future boss to get me too move across the country .

Three step interview process. One questionnaire and video interview. Two in person interviews. They will ask you about operational experience and why that experience makes you a great candidate for the position.

For people that weren't in the Atlanta area, the company paid for a plane ticket down and for any other expenses along the way, including hotel. They were very upfront and honest about what the job would entail. Had a networking session followed by interviews the next day
