Interview
I was RSVP to a hotel, given the bad news about how horrible the job would be, told about the benefits, given a test with algebra, and geometry with some basic mechanical and electronic skills then called back to interview. Interviewed and hired 4 months later.
Looking for a strong background in manual labor or other type of similar work. Will take others they see have high potential. Is a union job which is great. Have to deal with management at the company which can be frustrating

Interview
Presentation followed by a personality exam. After the exam a list is posted for interviews. Basic interview questions, seemed like they knew who they wanted to hire from the group. Some presentation scare tactics to weed out weaker candidates.
