It was easy and straight forward. I was contacted by a referral for the job. I met with the principal and they asked basic questions. They asked why I wanted to work for the school and the district.

Filled out paperwork online. Received calls for zoom interviews from two different schools. I interviewed with both principals. I was offered a position at both schools. I decided to take the position that most closely matched my personal goals.
