Easy and straightforward. Only 3 interviews, one with Human Resources and the other 2 with my direct boss and his boss. The only thing is that I had to wait 1 month to start working with them, even though I was ready to start ASAP

Das Vorstellungsgespräch bestand aus einer Kombination von Fragen zur Problemlösung und zur persönlichen Eignung. Bei der Problemlösung ging es mehr um die Strategie der Windindustrie. Persönliche Fragen betrafen Teamarbeit, kulturelle Erfahrungen und internationale Erfahrungen.
