Noranco interview questions

Very quick to call you and ask you to come in for interviews, make it sound like you’re going to get a job then they disappear out of thin air for weeks. Finally hear from them and say the job has been changed but they really like you and want to create a new role. Another month goes by of emailing and calling and I still haven’t heard what’s going on with the new role.

First is a phone interview with HR, asking you why you apply (interest in the position, in the compagny), and shortyl explain your background. Then I got an email for an in person job interview with both the HR and the supervisor. And lastly I met the plant manager and my future colleagues (this is optionnal).
