One interview, with the two owners. I applied for a Hybrid IT/Graphic Design position. I completed an application and a personality assessment test. I spoke with the owners for about an hour about my background and skills. A day later I was sent a proposal contract for the first year of employment, which I accepted.

Interview
Prior to hiring they did a personality test, drug test, criminal check, some emailing back and forth, followed by an interview with an owner, followed by an interview with the production manager, followed by a driving record check, and then a pesticide applicator's license test.
