Lengthy wait time from interview to hire date, amounting to a sudden request to start earlier than stated. Proved to be similar experience after actually working there - mixed information, indecision and often back peddling.
The interview process was longer than most other jobs I've applied for. However, the live interview itself was pretty relaxed after you got past all of the screening and the practice chat demo.

Very easy . Just a video of a mock coaching session, an interview with a coach, followed by a practice coaching session, and then another interview with I think the hiring manager.
