Interview
Multi-step interview process. Expect it to last a few weeks, especially if you are waitlisted to later receive a formal offer.
For me personally, the process was smooth and enjoyable. There is a mock-coaching session which was fairly difficult, but if you have any experience with Motivational Interviewing/OARs/counseling, etc., you should be fine.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Noom (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2018
Interview
I submitted my application online, received a test that has to be done within a week, and after the test, a 1-minute video is required to explain why I am a good fit to the position.
Week 2: I got a mock session with a health coach online.
Week 3: I have an interview online with another health coach,
Week 4: I got finishing call and a week later, I got the offer letter.
