The interview process was fast paced in my experience. I applied for the job, was contacted within 48 hours and asked to record a 1 min video and answer a timed set of scenarios. Shortly after that I was asked to schedule a 1 hour mock coaching session and a few days after that I was told they were going to pursue other applicants. My background is in Exercise and Sport Science and in my opinion I did a great job coaching the difficult client in the mock session.
