I applied for the position online and recieved a next step email a few days later. I was prompted to answer 3 questions based on health coaching scenarios. This portion of the interview was timed. After, I was asked to make a one minute video explaining why I wanted to work for Noom. A few days later, I was scheduled for a Zoom interview. This interview took 30 minutes. Once I was finished it was a few days before I received an email stating that the position had already been filled, but they would keep me on file for future hiring. One week later I was contacted for hiring.
